David has over 12 years of technical recruitment experience. He joined Reed in 2008 as a consultant in the property and construction team, recruiting for roles across the building services and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning sectors, before moving to the Bristol office to join the engineering team.

As a Business Manager, David now leads a team of specialist engineering and manufacturing recruiters across the South West and South Wales.

He has experience recruiting in various sectors including aerospace, marine, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and utilities, with a particularly strong background in maintenance, quality and production management roles.
