Rebecca has been in her role as a Talent Sourcing Specialist with the educational psychology practice since 2022 – her first full-time role since graduating university with a psychology degree. Rebecca’s passion for educational psychology marries well with her research skills, which she often utilises in daily tasks.
In her current role, Rebecca sources educational psychologists to help reduce the backlog of statutory assessments that local authorities face, a role she finds varied and rewarding.
Since starting her role at Reed, Rebecca has got to know her target market well, and enjoys drawing on her psychology training to resolve day-to-day challenges.
Over time, Rebecca has learned what good compliance looks like and has developed tips and tricks to help her register candidates more efficiently while still following compliance guidelines. Due to her detail-oriented mind, this has become the best part of her role. Overall, Rebecca enjoys working for Reed because she feels supported by her colleagues, and loves the team environment.
