Now’s the time to ensure your business is aware of proposed changes to employment law.

As working conditions across the UK adapt, and with a new government at the helm, HR professionals will continue to play a vital role in ensuring compliance when looking after businesses and their employees.

Employment law is extremely dynamic, jurisdiction-specific, and subject to frequent legislative and case law developments – making it even more important that HR professionals stay up to date with the latest changes that may affect their business.

Join Reed and our guest speakers, Michelle McGinley and Sara Plower, from employment law and HR support firm, employers federation, as we examine the upcoming changes to employment law under Labour and how your business can be prepared.

During this face-to-face event at The Bobbins Cafe in Belfast, we’ll be examining important topics such as:

  • Replacing zero hours contracts

  • Employment rights including dismissal and re-engagement

  • Redundancy – a new offence of failure to notify and unions in the workplace

  • Flexible working

  • Carers leave

  • Key information documents for agency workers

This event provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and share best practice within the HR space.
