Lucy Morgan, CEO, Pod-Talent

Lucy is the CEO of Pod Talent, a global supply chain and procurement recruitment business. Lucy has been a recruiter for over 17 years, and is passionate about driving DE&I practices, firmly believing that being inclusive can make a real difference to recruitment processes.

Lucy is openly queer and non-binary, and is a founder of Campaign LGBTQ+, a peer-to-peer networking and support group for LGBTQIA+ people who work in the recruitment industry, and those who want to be allies in a growing community.

Jackie Handy, Keynote Speaker and Workforce Culture Specialist

Jackie is a dynamic speaker and expert in workforce engagement, dedicated to transforming organisational culture. With almost three decades of experience in recruitment, leadership, and inclusion, Jackie challenges conventional thinking and offers practical strategies for driving sustainable change.

Her innovative A-Frame model and DASH Method provides a blueprint for true cultural transformation, fostering environments where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work. Jackie's passion for inclusion and engagement resonates with audiences worldwide, inspiring leaders to rethink their approach and drive tangible results.

MK Kirigin, Global DEI Expert, London School of Economics and Political Science

MK (she/her) is a global DE&I expert and educator with a decade of experience across both the public and private sectors. She specialises in developing data-based DEI strategies and leadership development programmes at multicultural workplaces through an intersectional lens, including topics of anti-bias and anti-racism, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ matters, and intersectional gender justice.

MK holds a MEd in education policy and management from Harvard, and is currently pursuing an MSc in human resources and organisational behaviour at the LSE.
