Is your business ready for the upcoming enhancements to flexible working regulations?

As working conditions across the UK adapt and develop with every passing year, HR and business professionals continue to play a pivotal role in navigating workplace changes – particularly when it comes to flexible working.

Flexible working is a highly sought after benefit, with more than a third of UK professionals desiring it, according to findings in our 2024 salary guides survey. As such, it’s vital that HR leaders stay up to date with what employees most value from their benefits packages and understand how their offerings can affect the business and HR functions.

Join Reed and our guest speakers Jenny Colver, Johanne Jackson and Sylvia Rose from Knights PLC, as we delve into the intricacies of flexible working, examining the latest trends and ways that employees can work flexibly in the current climate.

During this face-to-face event in Leicester, we’ll be reviewing formal flexible working regime, including the upcoming enhancements to the right to request flexible working; the ways employees may want to work flexibly, and what employers need to bear in mind when considering flexible working, both the benefits and risks.

This event provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and share best practice within the HR space.
