Keith Rosser, Director, Reed Screening

Keith founded Reed Screening, one of the UK's largest employee screening businesses. He has been appointed to the Ministerial Advisory Panel on Future of Work and advises on the UK's labour market strategy.

He received a Commendation Award from the Home Office for services to recruitment. Keith is also chair and company director of SAFERjobs, a charity which tackles labour market issues, and chair of the Better Hiring Institute, an organisation changing the way the UK hires.

Ed Hall, CEO, Qualification Check

Ed is the CEO of Qualification Check, which he founded in 2009. Having started his career in the financial services and recruitment industries he saw first-hand the importance and difficulty of verifying individuals' credentials as part of the employment process.

The Qualification Check platform covers over 40,000 institutions in more than 195 countries allowing organisations to simply and quickly verify qualifications and licenses anywhere in the world.

Chris Rea, Head of Commercial Services, Jisc

Chris leads on Jisc’s degree verification and qualification fraud services. Hedd is UK higher education’s official degree verification system and the qualification fraud reporting service has helped shut down more than 80 bogus institutions and fake qualification providers.
