Keith founded Reed Screening, one of the UK's largest employee screening businesses. He has been appointed to the Ministerial Advisory Panel on Future of Work and advises on the UK's labour market strategy.
He received a Commendation Award from the Home Office for services to recruitment. Keith is also chair and company director of SAFERjobs, a charity which tackles labour market issues, and chair of the Better Hiring Institute, an organisation changing the way the UK hires.

Ed is the CEO of Qualification Check, which he founded in 2009. Having started his career in the financial services and recruitment industries he saw first-hand the importance and difficulty of verifying individuals' credentials as part of the employment process.
