Now’s the time to ensure your business is aware of proposed changes to employment law.

As working conditions across the UK adapt, and with a new government at the helm, HR professionals will continue to play a vital role in ensuring compliance when looking after businesses and their employees.

Employment law is extremely dynamic, jurisdiction-specific, and subject to frequent legislative and case law developments – making it all the more important that HR professionals stay up to date with the latest changes that may affect their business.

Join Reed and employment law specialists, Tracey Marsden, Emma Sweetman and Amelia Goodair, from law firm CMS Legal, as we examine the upcoming changes to employment law and how you can keep your company compliant.

During this face-to-face event at the CMS office in Sheffield, we’ll examining the following topics:

  • Nearly 100 days in: Labour’s proposals for employment law

  • The new duty to prevent sexual harassment

  • Navigating the complexities of collective redundancies

  • Managing mental health in the workplace

This event provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and share best practice within the HR space.
