Under a Labour government, proposed changes to employment law will aim to enhance workers’ rights and protections.
These proposed changes are designed to create a fairer, more equitable workplace environment, reflecting Labour’s commitment to social justice and economic equality. With this in mind, it’s imperative for HR professionals to understand changes to employment law.
