Adele the first point of contact for students on their Apprenticeship journey. She liaises with them during the onboarding process, ensuring they have all their exemptions in place, and checking their eligibility status for the Government funding too. She also liaises with the students when there is a change to their circumstances, they move employer, or they leave the Apprenticeship.

Another part of her role is to enrol students and employers on to OneFile, the learning platform that is used to communicate with the Learning Coaches and where students record their off the job hours.

Adele is part of the Admin team, and you can find her in the Admin office on the ground floor of the Manor.
