If you’re new to the world of business and finance, or are already in an accounting or finance role and need to formalise your knowledge with a recognised qualification, this course will broaden your understanding of core business and accounting topics, essential to your role.
The qualification is made up of three business and finance courses where you’ll explore:

You’ll also complete Applied Knowledge and Foundations of Professional where you’ll develop skills and knowledge around ethics and professionalism in the finance sector.

Entry requirements
The qualification is completely open access – there are no prior learning requirements.
Exemptions
ACCA offers exemptions to students who have studied relevant accountancy qualifications prior to starting ACCA’s accountancy qualifications. This means that students may not have to take all of the exams in the ACCA Foundation level. To find out which level you should be starting at, speak to a learning advisor.

Every unit of your programme includes written assignments which you’ll need to complete to pass. If that all sounds a little daunting, don’t worry, your adviser will support you through your assessments, giving you with thorough feedback on each assignment submitted and suggesting where amendments can be made, so that you can successfully complete each unit.
