Justifying research methods: justify the best research methods to gather data for the chosen project.
Analysis and insights: analyse data to make decisions and offer insights into business and people management.
Drawing conclusions: propose recommendations based on conclusions drawn from the research and analysis.
By completing this module, you focus on developing the ability to produce an evidence-based integrated report, including personal recommendations and critical reflection.
This unit is part of the CIPD Level 7 qualification and can typically be completed in 2-3 months, depending on your pace and study schedule.
For those pursuing the full CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma, the entire qualification usually takes 16-24 months to complete.
