What to expect from this course
If you want to gain a deeper understanding of different areas of management, the CMI Level 3 Certificate will help you get up to speed.
Not only is this qualification globally recognised, but it is also highly valued by employers because it provides first time managers and supervisors with the skills they need to lead their teams effectively.
The CMI Certificate is a shorter and less comprehensive course than the CMI Diploma, so you can choose up to three units which are most relevant to your current role and/or key management themes you want to learn more about. Being able to select from a wide range of units means you can tailor your qualification to your current management needs.
And, with just up to three written assignments required to achieve the Certificate, you can bag your management qualification in as little as 12-18 weeks. It’s also possible to add further units when you are ready to top-up to a CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.
According to CMI research, 82% of new managers surveyed take on management responsibilities without the relevant experience or training to do the job! So, if this is your first leadership role, then a CMI Level 3 Certificate will give you the confidence to manage both individuals and teams in your organisation.
As with all our CMI qualifications, you can start anytime and work at your own pace by taking advantage of our fully flexible online learning. Alternatively, opt for live online webinars or classroom delivery if you want a little more support.
A CMI Level 3 Certificate is the perfect course to utilise your new skills and knowledge in your job straight away. You will also be eligible for CMI Foundation Chartered Manager status (fCMgr) which sets you on your way to becoming a Chartered Manager, the ultimate professional distinction for all managers and leaders.
All our CMI learners are automatically provided with free Affiliate Membership of the CMI with access to thought leadership research and online resources providing practical insight for both today’s and the next generation of leaders.
