What does the Big Give have to do with Reed?
In short… A LOT!
In 2007 The Big Give was set up by Sir Alec Reed
, founder of the REED group. Since then the online giving platform has helped raise over £115 Million for great causes both domestically and internationally.
The Big Give HQ is based in our reed.co.uk Reed Online) offices and our co-members there support the technical aspects of running the website.
Many of the projects showcased on the Big Give platform are match-funded by the
Reed Foundation the charitable arm of the REED group that owns 18% of the company.
Almost every REED office and its Co-Members are involved in supporting specific charities/campaigns during the Big Give Christmas Challenge.
