Helping communities prosper
Through Reed in Partnership, the Big Give, and the Reed Foundation we support communities into work, help people develop new skills and multiply the power of giving.
How we support
Reed in Partnership
Reed in Partnership is the social arm of our business. Co-members at Reed in Partnership help those who are unemployed or struggling to find work get back on their feet through a range of award-winning initiatives.
The Reed Foundation
The Reed Foundation owns 18% of our company, which means all our co-members work the equivalent of one day a week for charity. Since it was established by Sir Alec Reed in 1972, the Reed Foundation has given away over £10 million to charitable causes.
The Big Give
The Big Give is an online match funding platform that helps charities to double their impact by matching public donations. It also runs a range of campaigns including the Green Match Fund, Kind2Mind and the Christmas Challenge.
Give as you earn
As a co-member, you’ll have the opportunity to give to charities in a tax efficient way through our Give as You Earn scheme. In fact, so many co-members have contributed to the scheme, that we received a Gold Payroll Giving Award from HM Treasury.
Apprenticeships & internships
We know learning new skills plays an important role in professional development. That’s why we offer a range of internships and apprenticeships to help our co-members and our learners develop the skills they need to excel in their careers.
We helped set up...
The Big Give
Since 2008, Big Give has raised over £233 million for more than 14,000 different charities and we hope to continue the good work to reach a target of £1bn raised by 2030.
Ethiopiaid
Our vision is an Ethiopia free from poverty, where every person has access to quality education, healthcare, and a life of dignity. We focus on maternal health, changing attitudes towards harmful traditional practices, treating preventable yet destructive diseases, and improving quality education for all.
Womankind Worldwide
Womankind Worldwide is a global women's rights organisation working in solidarity and equal partnership with women's rights organisations and movements to transform the lives of women.
