This year, we wanted to go even bigger with our rewards. For some lucky co-members this meant a night of singing along to Taylor Swift at a box in Wembley at her iconic Era’s tour. As part of our “Aspirations” incentive other co-members were able to soak up the sun and the atmosphere at one of the world’s biggest sporting events: the Olympics in Paris. Imagine getting to watch the best in the world compete in tennis, all with the beautiful backdrop of Paris. Not your average work perk, right?

Luxury Escapes and Top-Tier Tech

We know spending time with your family and friends is priceless and we want to give our teams the chance to create memories and enjoy holidays of a lifetime. As part of our Golden Ticket and Thrive incentives, co-members have the opportunity to be rewarded with £3,000 holiday vouchers and, in operational roles, Christmas bonuses too. We’ve loved seeing where our co-members have been, from tropical luxury beaches, family villas in Tuscany, hitting Disneyland or the slopes of Canada – offering co-members the perfect chance to relax and recharge.

Alongside the holiday vouchers co-members can also be in with a chance to scoop one of our most sort after Tech Bundles. These bundles offer our co-members the choice to pick and choose what they want from the latest on the market, from televisions, phones, gaming, to updating your kitchen with state-of-the-art coffee machines and treats for all the family.

The ultimate prize: A new ride, on us

Of course, no rewards round up would be complete without mentioning the most anticipated prize of the year… The Tesla. The Tesla is given away as part of our Golden Ticket incentive, you can find out more about it by clicking here (Takes them to a previous blog on GT) and seeing previous winners. This year the Telsa made its way to Newcastle and Ben Clark was the third co-member ready to hit the road in both style and sustainability. Just one more reason to work (and celebrate) at Reed.

When speaking my friends, family etc, everyone is gobsmacked and in awe of the rewards that Reed offer. Nobody wins a Tesla, Not many get a Thrive bonus (holidays and/or cash bonus), very few get a paid 6-week sabbatical. These are things that I don't rely on but greatly appreciate and strive to hit. All this is on top of generous bonus schemes.

High Achievers: A Black-Tie celebration in the Cotswolds

To wrap up the year, we hosted our annual High Achievers Away Day – an opportunity to bring together our top performers for a day of bonding, celebration, and recognition. This year, the event took place in the stunning Cotswolds, with cocktail making and games in the day and a black-tie gala, dancing and awards presented by our Managing Directors and James Reed to celebrate outstanding achievements. It was the perfect way to round off an incredible year.

Be part of our 2025 celebrations

2024 was all about celebrating our people, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year. We truly value the people that work for us, our rewards are more than just words on paper, we really love seeing how co-members make the most of the rewards for themselves and for their families. We are always open to hearing from people who share our values and our purpose – Improving lives through work. We’re excited to hear from passionate, driven people to join us and share in our success – and maybe score some fantastic rewards along the way!

We are committed to ensuring Reed is a destination employer in the recruitment sector, and this year being bigger and better than ever demonstrates that. I love seeing the difference our rewards make to people’s lives, seeing them make memories with family and friends that will last a lifetime
