Co-members were rewarded with an invitation to our Take Off! event: a day away from their normal work responsibilities to focus on managing and mastering their own mindset to further develop themselves professionally and personally.
Reed Chairman, James Reed (pictured centre front above) even took the time to visit the delegates in Birmingham in order to personally hand them their certificates and thank them for their hard work and contributions to the Reed group.
Training was delivered by external facilitators OM Phoenix at Birmingham Repertory Theatre, with members of Reed’s own Learning and Development, HR and Apprenticeships teams also in attendance.
Delegates were kept on their toes throughout the day with plenty of interactive workshops and discussions to fuel conversation, debate and role-play activities; all leading to a great amount of both learning and laughter.
Recruitment Take Off was a high energy, action-packed day designed to give our qualification completers the chance to celebrate with their peers while also gaining some new ideas to help them take their performance to the next level.
