The Role:
Business Development: Focus on winning new clients and expanding your network.
Candidate Placement: Source and place candidates in a variety of sales roles within the manufacturing and engineering industry.
Geographical Reach: Work across Birmingham, the Midlands, and down to the Home Counties, specialising in mid-level to senior sales positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
