Entry requirements

To take this unit, you should ideally have some experience or knowledge of HR practices, management, or organisational operations. A background in human resources, leadership, or business is beneficial, though not mandatory.

The unit is designed for professionals at an intermediate level, so having completed a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience may be helpful to fully engage with the course content. Strong communication and analytical skills will also support your success in this unit.ol.
