Entry requirements

There are no formal requirements for this Essentials of People Practice (3CO04) module, as long as you are over 16 years old, and you have good literacy and numeracy skills. Learners must also demonstrate a high standard of both spoken and written English. 

For our On-demand option you'll need to have some HR experience to enrol.
