What you’ll study:
In the Evidence-Based Practice unit, you’ll study methods for gathering and analysing data to support effective HR decision-making. This unit explores the role of evidence in organisational strategies, teaching you how to critically evaluate sources, assess data reliability, and apply findings to real business situations.

Entry requirements

To take this unit, you should ideally have some experience or knowledge of HR practices, management, or organisational operations. A background in human resources, leadership, or business is beneficial, though not mandatory.

The unit is designed for professionals at an intermediate level, so having completed a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience may be helpful to fully engage with the course content. Strong communication and analytical skills will also support your success in this unit.ol.
