Apprentice employer of the year
2023
Could you be our next apprentice employer of the year?
Applications will soon be open for Reed Learning’s apprentice employer of the year 2023.
The annual award, which will be launched during National Apprenticeship Week in February, celebrates an employer who has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting apprenticeships and can provide examples of how the apprenticeship scheme has brought a positive impact to their organisation.
This year’s accolade was awarded to tech retailer Currys, for the all-inclusive approach to apprenticeships the organisation adopts across the business.
The company has already developed around 50 level 3 and level 5 HR and L&D apprentices with Reed Learning and is enrolling more all the time.
To enter Reed Learning’s apprentice employer of the year 2023, applicants must:
Have at least one apprentice on a programme with Reed Learning
Show a strong commitment to apprenticeships throughout the organisation
Provide examples of how the apprenticeship scheme has had a positive impact on the business.
Entries will be judged in two stages firstly by Reed Learning’s apprenticeship team, who will shortlist the applications.
A final list of nominees will be judged by the senior leadership team led by James Reed, Chairman of Reed.
The winner and runner-up will be announced in September 2023.
The 2023 nomination window will open on 6th February 2023 and close on 31st May 2023. Applications must be submitted through the apprentice employer nomination form.
