The Firm - Supplier Innovation of the Year
In June 2023, we scooped the Firm’s Supplier Innovation of the Year Award for some of the innovative products and services that we have delivered including being influential in changing right to work policy, developing best practice guidance for care and building an online screening platform that allows safer, faster, more reliable screening than ever before.
In 2023, Director of Reed Screening, Keith Rosser, was presented with the impact award at the Recruiter Awards, for his ongoing impact on the recruitment industry and beyond. The magazine crowned Keith “one of the best friends the recruitment and its supplier industries could have”.

In May 2024, our Director of Screening, Keith Rosser, picked up yet another accolade to recognise his dedication and commitment to the screening and recruitment industry. Keith campaigns for better, faster, safer hiring in the UK, working alongside UK government, industry and other organisations.
IHR Supplier Awards – Referencing Screening Provider - Bronze
In May 2024, Reed Screening also scooped an accolade at the IHR Supplier Awards for its referencing services. We were awarded for our innovative, tech-based approach to referencing that means we can provide referencing in minutes, not days. We continue to be the trusted reference provider for over 300 companies and over this last 12 months have conducted half a million reference checks, enabling our clients to have a faster, yet safer hiring process.
IHR Supplier Awards – Innovation Award - Finalist
Also in May 2024, we were finalists for the Innovation Award, at the IHR Supplier Awards. Our nomination detailed the work we have completed to make digital hiring safter, faster and more efficient. UK government ministers have predicted that by 2030, 25 million people will get a job through a faster, remote digital route because of the work we have done in this space.
